NeatLabs™ Policies

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any NeatLabs™ platforms operated by Security 360, LLC d/b/a NeatLabs™ ("us," "we," or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Subscriptions: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"). At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled by you or terminated by us. Payments: A valid payment method is required to process payments. Payments are processed through our designated third-party provider. Disputes: All payment disputes must first be addressed by contacting support@neatlabs.ai. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support, you agree to bear all associated chargeback and administrative fees. Refund Policy: Unless otherwise specified, all payments are non-refundable. Cancelation of a Subscription will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. Taxes: Our prices include the taxes due at time of purchase for the products offered.

We may offer Subscriptions with a Free Trial or promotional offer ("Free Trial"). Billing information may be required at the time of sign-up. You will not be charged until the Free Trial period ends, after which your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled.

The Service and Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. NeatLabs™ specifically disclaims: (i) Availability, reliability, or uninterrupted access to the Service; (ii) Accuracy or quality of AI-generated outputs; (iii) Data preservation, storage, or integrity; (iv) Our services are not currently available outside the United States of America. Use of the Service is at your sole risk. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice.

Our service uses OpenAI's API for platform/service delivery. When you submit information to NeatLabs™: (i) Your content, settings, and parameters are sent to OpenAI for processing. (ii) Generated content is delivered to your browser. (iii) No personal information is shared with OpenAI without your acknowledgement. This list explains our sites use of personal data: • AI-101 – This site does not share any personal information with OpenAI. • WebOptimize – All items submitted by users of this platform will be processed by OpenAI. That content and submission is the responsibility of the user. We do not retain any generated content on our servers. We, NeatLabs™, reserve the right to utilize 3rd party providers in the delivery of our services to you. If you have concerns about our 3rd party providers, please contact us at: terms@neatlabs.ai.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use NeatLabs™ Content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not: (i) Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Content; (ii) Use the Content commercially or publicly display it; (iii) Reverse engineer or decompile any platform software; (iv) Remove copyright or proprietary notices; (v) Transfer Content to others or mirror Content on other servers. Violation of these terms may result in prosecution in a jurisdiction of our choosing.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, or abuse without notice. We do not currently offer services to European Union (EU) users at this time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeatLabs™, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of: (i) Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service; (ii) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) Any content obtained from the Service; (iv) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or Content; (v) International use of our products is not allowed currently. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the preceding twelve (12) months.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how NeatLabs™ collects and processes minimal personal information necessary to operate our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy without prior notice.

We collect only the minimum information necessary: (i) Email addresses, (ii) User created passwords, (iii) Subscription ID created with a completed payment. We utilize client-side cookies and local browser storage solely to enable essential platform features. This information remains entirely on your device and is not collected, stored, or processed by NeatLabs™ servers. We do not collect or store unnecessary personal information and do not use cookies for behavioral tracking or advertising.

We use the collected information solely to: (i) Ensure proper platform functionality; (ii) Optimize website performance; (iii) Maintain the security and stability of our systems. We do not sell, trade, or share user information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Core site functionality operates client-side within your browser. Temporary data is stored locally and can be cleared manually by you through your browser settings. Subscription-related information is maintained securely in our database. Users may request deletion of their account by contacting privacy@neatlabs.ai.

You may: (i) Control cookies and local storage settings via your browser; (ii) Request removal of your data by contacting privacy@neatlabs.ai.

This Cookie and Local Storage Policy ("Policy") describes how NeatLabs™ uses local browser storage technologies to support platform functionality. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.

NeatLabs™ utilizes strictly necessary local storage and client-side cookies to enable basic functionality of our platform. All data stored via cookies or local storage remains entirely within your browser and is not transmitted to or processed by NeatLabs™ servers. We do not use cookies or local storage for tracking, advertising, analytics, or behavioral profiling.

We use client-side storage technologies to: (i) Maintain secure login sessions; (ii) Store your preferences (such as interface settings); (iii) Enable platform features necessary for basic user experience. These are considered "essential" for the operation of our platform.

Local storage data resides within your browser and can be cleared manually by you at any time through your browser settings. Closing your browser session may also automatically clear certain session-based data.

You have full control over the cookies and local storage in your browser. You may adjust your settings to block, delete, or manage local storage and cookie behavior. Please note that disabling essential storage may affect the functionality of the platform.
